During the first visit, through discussion, Debbie will provide an initial assessment and will present options to consider. A plan is then co-created that best meets the needs of the individual at that time.

The location of the visit(s) will depend on the state of health of the client. The length of the visits can be adjusted based on what services are appropriate for each client.  A typical visit is usually 1h to 1h30m and costs 60$/hr. There is no obligation of continuing the sessions after the initial assessment.

Phone Consultations are available although payment must be made before our scheduled appointment.

A sliding scale may be available for those who are unable to afford the full fee.
